How much is REI90?
REI90 is $3,500, down from the regular $5,000. The REI90 + BSS bundle, which adds the Business Success System funding software, is $6,000, down from $7,500. Your $1,500 voucher is already applied to both and expires December 31, 2026.
What's the difference between REI90 and the bundle?
REI90 includes the full 12-month coaching program: biweekly live training calls, a step-by-step funding walkthrough, the off-market pipeline, Will's A-Team, templates and the community. It does not include the funding software. The bundle adds the Business Success System: a 150-point funding readiness scan, a business credit builder, lender network access and the funding curriculum.
What is the Business Success System (BSS)?
BSS is the business funding and business credit software from WE Management Services. It scans 150 data points on your business, shows you what to fix to become more fundable, tracks your business credit and lets you submit one application that multiple lenders review. Submitting does not obligate you to accept any offer.
Is financing available?
Yes. The $3,500 REI90 enrollment can be financed through Coach Financing or our in-house option. Terms vary by provider. The $6,000 REI90 + BSS bundle is a one-time payment and isn't available through Coach Financing.
What happens after I pay?
You'll get a welcome email from Will right away at the address you used at checkout, with your welcome video and your link into the private REI90 community. Then a member of our team will call you within one business day to schedule your onboarding call. Don't see the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email [email protected].
What is the First Deal Guarantee?
If you stay engaged with the program, complete the coursework, and follow the outlined plan but have not closed your first deal by the end of your membership term, your membership will be extended at no additional cost.
How soon could I close my first deal?
Timelines vary based on individual readiness, especially your credit position, and market conditions. Some members close within the first few months; membership runs 12 months so members who need more preparation have time to get credit-ready and funded.
Will this work in my city or state?
Yes. Everything is online, and the strategies apply to markets across the United States, whether or not you visit each property in person.
Is there a renewal fee?
After your initial 12-month term, REI90 membership renews at $2,500 per year if you choose to continue.
